Better Brothers Services was founded to bring the same level of personal care and hands-on management Simon has delivered to private estates and family homes to more properties across the Roaring Fork Valley. After seeing owners cycle through remote managers and rotating crews, Simon’s goal is simple: to be on site, highly responsive, and a trusted partner — an extension of your family or business. With deep local knowledge and strong technical know-how, Better Brothers exists to take properties to the next level by treating them like our own home or office — not just an asset.

Simon Krzych
With 20+ years of experience managing high-end private estates and residential properties, Simon brings deep technical expertise across building systems, staff and vendor oversight, and day-to-day operations.
Before founding Better Brothers Services, he led high-end residential property management across the Roaring Fork Valley, was a facilities engineering at the Hotel Jerome in Aspen, and served as the dedicated Estate Manager for a private ultra-high-net-worth individual, overseeing multi-state properties and acting as the owner’s trusted single point of contact.
When not on the job site, Simon enjoys caring for his own home, tending to his beehives, and spending time skiing and exploring the backcountry with his wife.

Pre-arrival property inspections, coordination with housekeeping and vendors, optional restocking of household supplies and groceries, and post-departure inspections and reporting.

Coordination and supervision of trusted local vendors, including scheduling, on-site oversight, quality control, follow-up, and issue resolution, with a single point of contact for owners.

Vehicle readiness coordination (seasonal servicing, batteries, checks), oversight of on-site equipment and assets.
